Since 2003, she has been an avid blogger at her own blog at

sees as the mundane, maniacal and misinterpreted slices of everyday
life. Besides blogging, she loves reading, practises yoga and Qi gong
and when she finds time, plays with her adopted stray, Margaret.
Krista has been featured in eHomemakers.net, a Malaysian cyberplatform
for women who wish to work from home. She was also featured in the July
2005 edition of Malaysian Women's Weekly magazine and in a publication
of Penita which is a Malaysian NGO working for the betterment of women.
Krista is also a member of the National Association of Women
Entrepreneurs Malaysia (NAWEM). Locally, she is passionate about
networking with other women entrepreneurs and in July 2006, she
co-founded WomenBizSENSE., a business women's networking group in
Penang. Besides local endeavours to promote entrepreneurship and
business, she is working closely with Vienna Hub ,
a cluster of high potential international firms based in Vienna,
Austria. She is also writing an e-book on web design with a friend in
Washington DC.
Her goal is to start a foundation to help children with creative
thinking, using art, magic and language. In addition, she wants to use
her life experiences and knowledge to help inspire young women to become
entrepreneurs.
"To succeed in today's IT world, I believe you need lots of passion and
enthusiasm for what you do. Curiosity about the world, a desire to see
beyond today and a mad intensity to contribute to the world will help
you succeed. IT does break down barriers and makes other people more
accessible to everyone with a computer and an Internet line! But having
said that, at best, IT is a tool for humans to reach out to other
humans. We go online to find someone to listen to us, to share ideas and
to show us the joys of living!"
